Recently, the board of Elder’s met once again to discuss a potential reopening date for the church. After hours of prayer and deliberation a tentative reopening date was reached. Our current plan is to reopen is July 5th at our normal 10:45 start time with an online option at 6pm. Our goal is to honor all of the recommendations from the Governor’s office, the CDC and White House. As we get closer to the reopen date, we will be sending out a detailed plan for what to expect when you come to our campus. Over the next weeks we will continue to have online worship, Zoom meetings, and regular calls to our members. Our hope is that the restrictions begin to be loosened up as our reopen date gets closer. We want to worship God fully and together, while also being safe.
At this moment, we are preparing to come back under the same recommendations and restrictions that the Governor most recently set.
With the return date, we need volunteers to make a team to help us come back. If you are interested in being a part of this team, please contact the office!
This date is tentative as are the restrictions and recommendations. As things change, we will adjust as well. We are excited to get back together in July! If 6 weeks is not enough time for you to feel comfortable, we understand. As we take the steps to take care of your families and their safety and provide a welcoming place to worship again, we ask you to take personal precautions to help you feel most comfortable in a way that worships God freely!
We love you all and look forward to meeting again July 5th at 10:45 or 6pm online!
